Sales Executive

London or Manchester

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our award winning travel and event management company. Working closely with the Head of UK Sales and the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities and setting appointments for the UK Sales Managers to attend and follow-up on. Excellent telephone and e-mail skills and the ability to quickly assess customer opportunities will be critical to your success. We are looking for someone with lots of energy, who is self-motivated, agile and able to adapt themselves quickly when conversing with people of varying seniorities. Due to the nature of our sector, success will come from effectively building relationships and having the patience, and persistence to nurture leads to fruition without a ‘hard sell’.

Travel Manager

London

We are seeking an experienced Travel Manager to join our award winning global travel and event management agency as maternity cover for a fixed term contract of one year. You need to have a certain amount of knowledge working within a travel company, preferably in an events/MICE division and strong groups experience. With good GDS skills (preferably Galileo/Smartpoint), the ability to manage flight bookings and events administration for a number of events at the same time with support from more experienced members of the events team. Experience in an events environment is an added benefit. This is a great position for someone who is good at multi tasking, able to learn quickly with efficient working methods. You need to be confident dealing with clients by email and telephone.
