HR Partner Overview:
We are looking for a full-time (35 hours per week) Director of Global Air Partnerships who can support our growing People & Culture Department. As the HR Partner, you will be based in either our London or Manchester office, and have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with commercial objectives and ensure the workforce supports operational excellence
Lead key HR programs, including organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance, team dynamics, and employee relations, ensuring timely and compliant resolution of issues
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and ensure alignment with company culture and values
Collaborate with centers of excellence (L&D, Talent, Reward) to implement HR initiatives and support organizational development
Use HR data and insights to inform decision-making and monitor key metrics such as retention, absenteeism, and service quality
Support change management efforts and major HR transformation projects to enable smooth transitions and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with employment law and internal HR policies across all HR activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher
Proficient in HRIS platforms with a strong focus on data-driven HR practices
Experienced HR Partner with solid knowledge of employment law and strategic HR methodologies
Strong ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships across all stakeholder levels
Proven experience leading change initiatives, supporting restructures, and driving employee engagement
Exceptional analytical, communication, coaching, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments, ideally with familiarity in travel-industry complexities such as shift-based teams, global clients, and rapid turnarounds
