Travel assistant Overview:

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Travel Assistant who can support our growing touring department. As a Travel Assistant, you will have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Support the assigned department in managing all aspects of client travel requirements

  • Develop and maintain strong sales, transaction, and margin performance; monitor KPIs and activity reports to meet targets

  • Respond promptly and accurately to all client and internal communications

  • Maintain accurate data entry on movement sheets and Majic files, including transaction and service fees

  • Process invoices, client folios, and credit card payment authorizations in a timely and precise manner

  • Collaborate with team members to complete delegated tasks efficiently and ensure clear communication across projects

  • Investigate and resolve client issues or errors, escalating as needed to ensure satisfactory outcomes

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS or BS/BA degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a corporate environment (required)

  • Previous experience in the travel industry preferred

  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level or higher)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Works well both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
