Corporate Operations Supervisor Overview:

As Operations Supervisor, you will support the Operations Manager in ensuring the team consistently delivers seamless travel logistics with a personalized, human touch.
Based in London, this role sits at the center of our growing operation, collaborating with colleagues across the globe to support key initiatives and identify smarter, more innovative ways of working.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Support divisional management with the daily functions of all Corporate business within the regional office to achieve an effective, successful and profitable operation
Oversee all travel requests for TAG’s VIP clients
Negotiate best rates from suppliers to maximise savings, reduce client expenditure and increase company profitability
Run booking checks in the GDS to ensure no potential profit loss and manage queues daily to ensure all outstanding ticketing deadlines are actioned
Assist team members with complex travel itineraries, ticketing, refunds and reissues
Cover general Operation Manager duties during times of absence
Nurture and strengthen positive and valuable relationships with clients and key suppliers to retain repeat business and a highly regarded profile
Qualifications:
Relevant experience within a travel management company
GDS experience (Galileo preferred)
Strong knowledge of fares, including negotiated and contracted fares, as well as ticketing and reissues
Experience supporting VIP, entertainment clients and/or group travel
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to use TAG’s travel systems, including Travelport Galileo and TAG Desktop
