Finance Business Partner Overview:
We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Finance Business Parter who can support our growing Finance Department. As the Finance Business Partner, you will have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across APAC to understand business needs and provide tailored financial insights and reporting
Provide commercial and analytical support to business unit heads, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making and performance
Lead the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes, coordinating inputs and preparing financial models for review
Manage month-end delivery and consolidate financial results across TAG’s APAC regions, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting
Prepare management and group reports with commentary on key P&L and balance sheet variances; support audit and year-end statutory requirements
Partner with business units, Sales, Account Management, and Operations to align financial strategies, develop pricing models, and support contract renewals and new business
Identify financial risks and opportunities, enhance margin analysis for major tours and events, and develop strategies to protect profitability and optimize yield
Qualifications:
Qualified accounting professional (CA, CPA, CIMA) or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
5+ years’ experience in management accounting, budgeting, reporting, and business partnering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools; Travel industry experience preferred but not essential.
Strong EQ, communication, and self-leadership skills with the ability to translate financial insights into commercial strategies that drive business growth.
