Finance Business Partner Overview:

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Finance Business Parter who can support our growing Finance Department. As the Finance Business Partner, you will have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities. 

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across APAC to understand business needs and provide tailored financial insights and reporting

• Provide commercial and analytical support to business unit heads, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making and performance

• Lead the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes, coordinating inputs and preparing financial models for review

• Manage month-end delivery and consolidate financial results across TAG’s APAC regions, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting

• Prepare management and group reports with commentary on key P&L and balance sheet variances; support audit and year-end statutory requirements

• Partner with business units, Sales, Account Management, and Operations to align financial strategies, develop pricing models, and support contract renewals and new business

• Identify financial risks and opportunities, enhance margin analysis for major tours and events, and develop strategies to protect profitability and optimize yield

Qualifications:

• Qualified accounting professional (CA, CPA, CIMA) or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• 5+ years’ experience in management accounting, budgeting, reporting, and business partnering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven ability to deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools; Travel industry experience preferred but not essential.

• Strong EQ, communication, and self-leadership skills with the ability to translate financial insights into commercial strategies that drive business growth.
