Marketing Specialist Overview:
We are looking for a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Marketing Specialist who can support our growing Marketing Department. As the Marketing Specialist, you will have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and event channels, ensuring alignment with TAG’s brand and messaging
Develop and distribute marketing assets — including newsletters, press releases, EDMs, social posts, presentations, and collateral — maintaining a consistent voice and quality
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Events, and Account Management) to support marketing initiatives, client proposals, and commercial objectives
Deliver supplier marketing and sponsorship campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget
Support event delivery from concept to execution, including asset creation, third-party coordination, and on-site activation where required
Track campaign performance, assist with reporting, and research competitors, trends, and new technologies to enhance TAG’s marketing approach
Manage the APAC marketing calendar, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with PCI and data protection policies
Qualifications:
Certificate or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within travel, hospitality, entertainment, or events industries
Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, and event channels, including CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana)
Strong grasp of brand management, content creation, and basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Skilled in event coordination and sponsorship activations with third-party partners
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
Analytical and proactive mindset with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and attention to detail
