People & Culture Advisor Overview:
The People & Culture Advisor plays a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the TAG APAC region, partnering closely with the People & Culture Manager and business leaders. This position contributes to both operational delivery and strategic initiatives, supporting a wide range of People & Culture activities.
In this dynamic role, you will work across employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, learning and development, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. As a trusted advisor, you will support managers, promote best practices, and help drive a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Support People & Culture functions with minimal supervision, partnering across the business
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and improving processes
Build and manage key stakeholder relationships internally and externally
Manage onboarding and HRIS administration, ensuring smooth integration of new hires
Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage employee lifecycle events and documentation
Handle employee relations, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers across the APAC region
Contribute to policy development, compliance, process improvement, and overall HR strategy
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience in HR Advisor/Generalist capacity
Proven record of successful recruitment for positions in a fast paced environment
Working knowledge of Employment law in Australia & New Zealand
At least five years of HR and administrative experience
HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) (preferred)
HRIS experience (Employment Hero preferred)
