Senior Entertainment Specialist Overview:

Join TAG as a full-time Senior Entertainment Specialist, managing complex, high-end travel for VIP and entertainment clients. You'll create detailed itineraries, ensure service excellence, and support both clients and team members while helping drive revenue and innovation.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Independently manage VIP client travel, including air, rail, hotel, and ground bookings

  • Design complex itineraries, ensuring budgets and specific needs are met

  • Handle ticketing, reissues, and resolve client issues to the highest standards

  • Negotiate vendor rates and manage profitability for assigned client portfolio

  • Oversee administrative tasks, client payments, and financial reconciliation

  • Ensure accurate data entry (PNRs in Galileo) and adherence to compliance standards

  • Mentor junior team members and support internal training initiatives

  • Maintain strong vendor and client relationships; represent TAG at events

  • Identify and share business opportunities and process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years in travel consulting, ideally with VIP or entertainment clients

  • Strong GDS knowledge (Travelport/Galileo preferred), fares, and reissues

  • Excellent communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable under pressure
