Senior Travel Executive Overview:

Our consultants support some of the world’s most prestigious private investment firms and financial institutions, where travel is fast-paced, global, and often time-critical. Working in a high-trust environment, discretion, precision, and proactive service are essential.

From complex multi-city itineraries to investor roadshows with demanding schedules, you’ll play a key role in keeping executives moving seamlessly across the globe—while building trusted relationships and delivering the high-touch service that defines TAG.

As a Senior Travel Executive, you will manage all aspects of corporate travel requests, delivering consistently high standards through a personalised, client-focused approach.

Based in London, you’ll be part of a growing, dynamic team, collaborating with global colleagues to drive initiatives and find smarter, more innovative ways of working.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage client travel requirements, including VIP client travel requirements, while anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs

  • Analyse all enquiries and requests received from clients and decide on the best options to offer

  • Formulate logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring that budgets and specific requirements are met

  • Fully service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation.  Ensure all air, rail, hotel and/or other ancillary reservations meet company and client expectations

  • Report, investigate and resolve errors or/and client complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer service

  • Manage Quality Control (QC) procedures and tasks

  • Process complex reissues and pricing records accurately 

  • Negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure.  Assess all potential revenue and income streams for maximum company profitability.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience within a travel management company 

  • GDS experience (Galileo preferred) 

  • Proven working knowledge and experience of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, reissues, published airfares, flight and hotel bookings 

  • Experience handling VIP, entertainment clients and/or group travel
