TRAVEL EXECUTIVE Overview:

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Travel Executive who can support our growing corporate department. As a Travel Executive, you will have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities. Weekend and on-call coverage may be required for this position.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage client travel needs by anticipating preferences, analyzing requests, and creating cost-effective, tailored itineraries that meet budget and requirements

  • Handle all bookings, ticketing, and documentation across air, rail, hotel, and ancillary services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company and client standards

  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly while safeguarding the company from financial losses caused by avoidable errors

  • Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable rates, reduce client costs, and identify revenue opportunities that support company profitability

  • Oversee administrative and financial tasks, including accounting queries, reconciliations, and accurate maintenance of TAG desktop files and GDS PNR entries

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers to retain business and deliver personalized, high-quality service consistently

  • Execute additional duties as needed, supporting team continuity and overall service excellence

Qualifications:

  • Education to degree level in Travel & Tourism or related subject; or in lieu of education, equivalent combination of education and directly related experience

  • Comprehensive travel management experience preferably in an emergency/out-of-hours environment and/or a variety of sectors)

  • Proficient knowledge and extensive use of GDS’s
