TRAVEL EXECUTIVE Overview:
We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Travel Executive who can support our growing Production department. As a Travel Executive, you will have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities. Weekend and on-call coverage may be required for this position.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage client travel requirements by anticipating preferences, analyzing inquiries, and formulating tailored itineraries that align with budgets and logistical needs
Handle all travel bookings and ticketing—air, rail, hotel, and ancillary services—with accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service standards
Proactively resolve client issues, complaints, and errors, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while preventing financial losses
Negotiate rates and vendor deals to reduce client costs and maximize company profitability
Process administrative and accounting tasks through to final reconciliation, maintaining accuracy and compliance across all records
Ensure all travel data and PNR entries in GDS are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for seamless service continuity across teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, delivering personalized service and supporting long-term account retention
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience will be considered
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a travel agency environment
Strong knowledge of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues
Proficiency in a Global Distribution System (GDS) — Galileo preferred
Skilled in booking flights, hotels, and understanding published airfare structures
Experience supporting VIP, entertainment, and/or group travel clients
Ability to work standard business hours in Mountain Standard Time (MST), with flexibility to accommodate client needs across time zones
