LEISURE BY APPOINTMENT LIMITED TERMS OF BOOKING

1. These terms of business are legally binding between the company named on the quotation/confirmation (“you”) and Leisure by Appointment Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 03207565 and registered office at The Linen House 253 Kilburn Lane, London, W10 4BQ (“LBA”).
    
2. LBA acts only as agent and by accepting a booking made by LBA you agree to the appointment of LBA as your non-exclusive retail agent for the purposes of selling the travel services listed in the quotation/confirmation.
    
3. These terms shall override any additional terms or conditions (if any) contained on or referred to in any order form or other document or correspondence from you to the extent only that they conflict with these terms of business.
    
4. This agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation.
