TAG in partnership with Screen Manchester
In January 2019, TAG announced its partnership with Screen Manchester, as the specialist in managing travel and logistics for productions in the region.
Screen Manchester is the film office for Manchester City Council and delivers a comprehensive support service for all types of production seeking permission to film on location, having worked on a wide range of high-end TV, feature film and commercial productions.
Screen Manchester also works in consultation with Manchester City Council, Greater Manchester Police (GMP), Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) and Cityco to facilitate all levels of film and TV applications across the city. Applications are made via Screen Manchester’s bespoke permit system by using a reference Code of Practice. Last year Screen Manchester facilitated over 500 unique production enquiries for the city, which resulted in over 300 production shoots.
This partnership is a unique opportunity for location facility companies specialising in the film & TV industry to promote their business with one of the UK’s leading film offices and TAG had to be a part of it.
