Flights

Services from the UK arrive at New York's JFK, La Guardia or Newark airports. British Airways, United, Virgin Atlantic, Delta and American Airlines all offer direct flights.

Business Class Lounges:

One of the most attractive benefits of a lounge is that it offers you a secluded getaway from the crowds and chaos of the airport. Whether you would like to catch up on emails,have a light pre-flight dinner or drink, the lounge is the perfect place to unwind before a flight.

British Airways

Business Class travellers can choose to spend your time in the Galleries or Terrace lounge. Services include but are not limited to;

American Airlines  - Admirals club :

Travelling with American Airlines in Business Class grants you access to their newly refurbished Admirals club. With new furnishings, stone and terrazzo floors, an abundance of natural light and a host of amenities and services, you might forget you are in an airport.

Amenities include:

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • New comfortable and stylish seating for 230 visitors
  • Café area with bistro seating, cyber-café, flat screen TV
  • Fresh hot and cold food selections provided by London's renowned "Rhubarb" Restaurant & Catering
  • Floating bar with comfortable seating and space to eat and visit
  • Business centre
  • Separate TV lounge
  • 7 private bathrooms with spa-like showers

 

United Airlines - The United Club :

The United Club, for United Club members and customers traveling in Business Class. Its open layout has a seating variety for over 280 guests.

Amenities include:

  • 25-seat full service bar
  • Two buffet areas, a TV lounge and
  • Seven private phone booths.
  • Eight shower suites offering complimentary toiletries and valet service with garment pressing and steaming.

Star Alliance Gold members and business-class customers holding boarding passes for same-day travel on flights operated by other Star Alliance carriers departing from Heathrow will be able to visit the United Club.

 

Virgin Clubhouse :

The Virgin clubhouse is open to all travellers seated in Upper-Class and offers an array of amenities.

Amenities include:

  • Proximity to gates
  • Brasserie and à la carte restaurant
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi and access to laptops
  • Cocktail bar
  • Power showers and spa products
  • Entertainment area
  • Dedicated work area

 

Skyteam lounge;
First and Business Class customers and SkyTeam Elite Plus passengers can head straight for our the Sky Team lounge.

Amenities include:

  • Complimentary food and beverage service
  • Business area equipped with complimentary wireless internet
  • Oxygen bar, wine bar
  • Wellness centre-- including showers and full-body massage chairs
  • Yoga Room
  • Sky Team Lounge Quiet Area

Transfers:

Taxis from New York's JFK airport to Manhattan take 45-60 minutes (depending of traffic) and cost a flat $52 (£31**) before tip and tolls, with a yellow cab. La Guardia airport is much closer and a cab should not be more than $30 (£18**). Newark airport to Manhattan taxis take 35-50 minutes (depending of traffic) and cost between $45 (£27**) and $60 (£36**). Rail, subway and AirTrain services are available, but are more time-consuming.

Virgin Atlantic Chauffeur service:
Virgin Atlantic offers a complimentary chauffeur service for Upper Class travellers booked in Business class*.

This chic hotel is two blocks from the New York Stock Exchange and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum.
