Sydney - Severe thunderstorms alert

Please be advised that the Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology has released the following warning:
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce large hailstones, heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding and damaging winds in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Lismore, Grafton, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Taree, Armidale and Tamworth.
Sydney Airport has also advised: Potential delays due to storms in close proximity to Sydney Airport.
We advise all travellers to check with your airline for the latest information and allow extra time to make your way to the airport.
