Virgin Atlantic - Updates to chauffeur car offering

Whether you’re working up to the last minute, catching an early flight or just like to take it easy, Virgin can get you to and from the airport in style with a chauffeur driven car* but it’s important we let you know about some changes they are making.

What’s changing?

From 24th January 2018, some of the Upper Class bookings will no longer be eligible for a complimentary chauffeur car. Instead, customers will have the option to pay for the chauffeur car service, using Virgin’s preferential rates, or arrive at the airport in their own private car or taxi.

Can I receive a complimentary car or do I need to pay?

A complimentary chauffeur driven car may already be included in your booking, simply visit virginatlantic.com and enter your details in the ‘My Booking’ section to check. This service is still complimentary for booking classes J, C or D, so you can always check with The Appointment Group which booking class yours is. If a car isn’t included but you would like to add one to your booking using Virgin’s preferential rates, you can do this in the ‘My Booking’ section at virginatlantic.com, or by contacting The Appointment Group.

Arriving in a private car or taxi

There’s no extra charge when customers use their own car or taxi to arrive at the airport and they can still experience the same fabulous service our Upper Class Wing has to offer, such as their own private security channel and a calm, stress free environment.

*Available at most destinations and Upper Class fares. Mileage restrictions apply.
