British Airways proposed industrial action - 19th and 21st January
British Airways has advised that customers will be able to fly to their destinations on Thursday 19th, Friday 20th and Saturday 21st January despite the proposed industrial action.
As part of British Airways' contingency plan, a very small number of flights to and from London Heathrow will be merged. This means that some customers may travel slightly earlier or later in the day than their original booking.
Customers affected are being contacted with the options available for them.
