Catalonia General Strike - Tuesday 3rd October 2017 - Update

British Airways are currently operating a normal flight schedule, however as the situation could change at short notice flexible booking policies have been introduced.
Please continue to allow extra time for your journey to and from the airport as public transport is likely to be affected by the industrial action.

Due to airport and public transport workers in Barcelona threatening to hold industrial action as part of a general strike planned for Catalonia from Tuesday 3rd October to Friday 13th October 2017, a small number of British Airways flights operating between London and Barcelona have been cancelled today, Tuesday 3rd October.
British Airways will continue to monitor flight schedules in the coming days and have introduced more flexible booking policies due to the uncertainty of the threatened strikes.
Please allow extra time for your journey to and from the airport as public transport may also be affected by the industrial action.
