France strikes 22nd and 23rd March 2018
In the context of a national call for a strike in France, on Thursday 22nd March 2018, French Civil Aviation Authorities gave instructions to all airlines to decrease their flight schedule from and to French airports.
Air France flight schedule is up to date. For 22nd March, the airline expects to operate:
- 100% of long-haul flights
- 75% of medium-haul flights to and from Paris-Charles de Gaulle
- 60% of short-haul flights to and from Paris-Orly and French provinces
Last minute delays and cancellations can be expected.

Several Air France staff unions have also called for strike on Friday 23 rdMarch 2018.
On 23 March 2018, Air France expect to operate 75% of its flight schedule:
- 70% of long-haul flights
- 70% of medium-haul flights to and from Paris Charles de Gaulle
- 80% of short-haul flights to and from Paris-Orly and French provinces
The flight schedule update is on-going. Nevertheless, last minutes delays and cancellations may occur.
Please note that Air France flights operated by an aircraft other than that of Air France or Joon will not be affected by this strike (HOP!, KLM, Delta…).

Eurostar has cancelled the following trains:
- Thursday 22nd March: ES9007, ES9015, ES9032, ES9046.
- Friday 23rd March: 07:04 train (9007) from Paris to London (for operational reasons)
