Hurricane Harvey - Travel Advice - Update

Due to Hurricane Harvey, flights to and from Houston Intercontinental Airport are currently cancelled up until at least noon on Thursday, August 31st.

Additional flights to and from Texas and the Gulf Coast may be affected.

Affected airports include:

  • Alexandria, LA (AEX)
  • Austin, TX (AUS)
  • Baton Rouge, LA (BTR)
  • Houston, TX – Hobby (HOU)
  • Houston, TX – Intercontinental (IAH)
  • Lafayette, LA (LFT)
  • New Orleans, LA (MSY)
  • San Antonio, TX (SAT)
  • Shreveport, LA (SHV)

We advise you to check the status of your flight with your airline before travelling to the airport.

Hurricane Harvey, a category 3 storm is due to disrupt travel in the Gulf Coast region of the US tonight, August 25th, 2017 through August 29th, 2017.

Extremely high winds and heavy rainfall will likely trigger flight delays and cancellations throughout the weekend in Texas.

Affected airports include:

• College Station (CLL)
• Corpus Christi (CRP)
• Harlingen (HRL)
• Houston (IAH)
