Introducing Club Eurostar

In response to customer feedback Eurostar are launching Club Eurostar, a new loyalty programme. This single programme will replace the existing Eurostar Frequent Traveller and Eurostar Plus Points programmes.

Club Eurostar will offer new benefits as well as a more streamlined digital user experience. It will be a tiered programme, open to all Eurostar travellers regardless of country of residence and have no qualifying fare to join.

The club levels

Classique, Avantage, Carte Blanche. With every point you earn, you'll be one step closer to the next club level and more rewards.

Earning points

You will earn 1 point for every £1 they spend on Eurostar travel.

If you book Eurostar tickets in another currency, you'll convert the amount to pounds before working out their points.

Spending points

• Use points to buy Eurostar tickets, with no blackout dates or fees
• Upgrade their seat on Eurostar For an extra special trip, they can use points to upgrade their seat.
• The Club Eurostar Shop* Treat someone or yourself with something special from the Club Eurostar Shop.
• Rail travel with our partners* Explore the Continent using your points, with train tickets from our partners.
