Maldives hand baggage restriction

The Maldives have now been included on the list of countries where hand baggage restrictions are in place on flights to the UK. This restricts the carry-on of electrical items that are larger than 16cms x 9.3cms x 1.5cms, including laptops, tablets and larger mobile phones.

Customers booked on BA2042 30^th October - 11^th November, Maldives (MLE) - London (LON) will be emailed information on the new restrictions.

For customers booked on flights later than 11^th November, we advise you to keep checking ba.com or contact your dedicated travel executive for more information.
