Marco Polo Club members to enjoy unparalleled privileges at Pacific Place

Eligible Marco Polo Club members can now fully enjoy Hong Kong’s premier shopping destination through the ‘above’ loyalty programme.

Cathay Pacific and Swire Properties recently announced a new partnership between Marco Polo Club and Pacific Place, with the club’s Diamond, Gold and Silver members enjoying complimentary membership to Pacific Place’s newly-launched loyalty programme – above – to enjoy a wealth of benefits.

Marco Polo Club members received a special invitation to join ‘above’ so they can enjoy personalised service, year-round shopping and dining privileges, distinct offers and rewards for spending, and unique lifestyle experiences from over 70 Pacific Place brands.

Gold and Silver members who sign up for the programme will receive a complimentary 12-month above Blue membership, which entitles them to earn points and redeem rewards at an array of Pacific Place outlets. The spending requirement to join as an above Blue member (HK$5,000 same-day or HK$7,500 cumulative spend within two months) will also be waived.

Members who renew their above status in the second year will be rewarded with 2,000 above bonus points or more, which can be used to redeem gift vouchers, gifts and experiences.

Diamond members will enjoy a complimentary 12-month above Gold membership and 10,000 above bonus points upon membership renewal. The spending requirement to join as an above Gold member (HK$40,000 same-day or HK$90,000 cumulative spend within two months) will also be waived. They can redeem above points to access Pavilion, an exclusive members-only VIP lounge in the heart of Pacific Place.

Designed by renowned Hong Kong-based architect and designer André Fu, Pavilion immerses members in exquisite, personalised customer service delivered by The Upper House Guest Experience Team. Members can indulge in all that Pavilion has to offer, from curated lifestyle experiences, to complimentary delicacies from partners such as Caviar House & Prunier, Veuve Clicquot, Kelly & Walsh and more.
