Santa Monica Proper Hotel, complete with 271 guestrooms designed by Kelly Wearstler, three restaurants and bars, a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center, 24,000 square feet of flexible meeting & event space, and an inviting rooftop with an ocean view, is a destination hotel nothing short of experiences.

Austin Proper Hotel

Austin Proper Hotel, opening in December 2019, is the first Design Hotels™ member hotel in Austin, Texas. Austin Proper Hotel, located in the vibrant Seaholm District, boasts various F&B facilities, a rooftop swimming pool, 12,000 square feet of flexible meeting & event space, and an impressive 20,000 square foot wellness center.

Downtown L.A. Proper Hotel

Downtown L.A. Proper Hotel, scheduled to open in the summer of 2020, is located on the corner of Broadway and 11th street in Downtown Los Angeles. The 148 rooms and suites, numerous F&B establishments, rooftop swimming pool, expansive fitness center, and 6,800 square feet of flexible meeting & event space.
