Strike to cause disruption at German airports
The German union Verdi has called for a warning strike by ground handling staff for today, 16th February 2017.
All departures from Berlin-Tegel Airport (TXL) and Berlin-Schönefeld Airport (SXF) today between 4pm and 8.30 pm (local time) will be delayed or cancelled.
The strike will also cause disruptions to luggage handling. In order to avoid waiting times for luggage handling, please travel with hand luggage only, if possible.
