TAG IT System Maintenance - Monday 20th May 2019

Please note that a system maintenance is scheduled to be performed on Monday 20th May 2019. TAG servers and phones will be available for users to login but there will be system disruptions and outages throughout the maintenance window, so please be aware of interruptions and delays in response.

Also note, Touring’s TAGgo application may suffer some disruptions.

The maintenance window will take place during the following time slots:

• British Summer Time: 20th May 3.00am – 11.00am  
• Pacific Daylight Time: 19th May 7.00pm – 20th May 3.00am  
• Eastern Daylight Time: 19th May 10.00pm – 20th May 06.00am  
• Australian Eastern Standard Time: 20th May 12.00pm – 8.00pm  
• Singapore Time: 20th May 10.00am – 18.00pm
