TAG Reaches First Carbon Offset Milestone
TAG APAC has successfully offset their 2020 annual carbon emissions through the help of their environmental partners EarthCheck and South Pole and are also on-track for 2021 offset.
TAG has made environmental sustainability a high priority. We believe it’s quite urgent that we respond to the climate emergency, and it has been the driving ambition of our company to contribute to environmental and climate protection.
Shane Barr, APAC’s Managing Director said, “To compensate for our unavoidable carbon footprint, we selected Mount Sandy Conservation as our emission reduction project. Mount Sandy Promotes partnerships for conservation between Traditional Landowners and non-Indigenous Australians through vital conservation work. We chose this work in South Australia as we felt it best aligned with our company objectives.”
