Working for you through 2020 & beyond

We are living and working in very challenging times – every day brings something new. COVID-19 is having worldwide repercussions for the global economy, particularly affecting the travel, events and hospitality industries.

You have no doubt been impacted by this crisis, be it with changes to travel plans or cancelling events and tours. We have all faced, survived and thrived through other challenges; We can do this once more. 
Our strength in depth, teamwork, financial resilience and business continuity plans will support us and you again.

The situation continues to evolve and we are changing our business alongside this to continue bringing you, our clients, the service you expect, across all divisions and regions. Our in-house emergency team, TAG24, is fully resourced to cope with changing situations, travel policies and immediate requests.

Business days and hours are not changing, however, our teams will be working a reduced number of days in the coming weeks, as we resize the business to meet the changes in demand. In practice, this means your travel or event requests will be handled by a smaller team, whilst ensuring you still receive the high service levels and response times you are used to. We remain very much open for business and supportive of our colleagues, clients and partners.

Now is also a time for us all to take care of ourselves, our families and loved ones. What we do know is that this situation will pass; the world is resilient and we are all in this together. We are here to work with you now and in the better times ahead.
