Sonia Chaulk

Sonia oversees the award-winning in-house 24-hour emergency team, whom provide vital around-the-clock support to all TAG Clientele on a Global scale.

Having two decades of travel industry experience under her belt Sonia has held positions at numerous TMCs – including Carlson Wagonlit, FcM Travel Solutions and Travel Counsellors.
Sonia joined TAG in 2013 as Out of Hours Manager, and since then has expanded the elite agent team from 3 to 14 Agents. In 2017 Sonia was made TAG24 Global Director, and her team celebrated success having been named ‘Reservation Team of the Year’ at The People Awards 2017.

Outside of work, Sonia loves to spend quality time with her family, listening to music and travelling the world.
