Just to provide an update at this time, BT are still working to identify and fix the nationwide issue.

In TAG’s UK offices we have limited internet speeds at present, which we will do our best to ensure does not greatly affect service levels, although we do appreciate your patience during this time if you do experience delays.

BT are expecting a fix in the early hours of tomorrow morning, Wednesday 16th August. TAG’s overseas offices and Emergency 24 hour team continue to be in operation.
