TAG Film & Media works on Netflix original series Sand Castle
The latest addition to Netflix’s ever-growing lineup of originals is Sand Castle, a fact-based war drama inspired by writer Chris Roessner’s experiences in Iraq. Set in Iraq in 2003, Sand Castle tells the story of Matt Ocre (Nicholas Hoult), as he and his troops attempt to protect farming village, Baqubah, in the crosshairs of some very dangerous enemies.

The nominations for the 89th Academy Awards were revealed this morning, January 24 in Los Angeles. As expected, this years’ favourite ‘La La Land’ takes the lead with 14 nominations, matching the record previously held by ‘Titanic’ (1997) and ‘All About Eve’ (1950).
